  • 1 Tbsp whole chia seeds
  • 12 oz filtered water
  • Fresh lemon juice
  • Pinch of mineral salt (optional)

Stir and let sit 10–15 minutes until seeds expand. Sip and enjoy.

02 Overnight Chia Oats

A RECOVERY-FOCUSED BREAKFAST WITH FIBER & HEALTHY FATS.

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 1 Tbsp whole chia seeds
  • ¾ cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • Topped with berries & nuts

Mix, refrigerate overnight, and enjoy chilled.

03 Coconut Vanilla Chia Pudding

A SOFT, SATISFYING TREAT THAT NOURISHES & SATISFIES.

  • 3 Tbsp whole chia seeds
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp maple syrup or raw honey
  • Top with fresh fruit & coconut flakes

Stir well, let thicken 20–30 minutes (or overnight) for a creamy texture.

Other Ways To Use Chia Seeds
